Lah has represented the Central Coast Rays in the Australian Rugby Championship and Northern Suburbs in the Sydney competition. He is a former Australian U/19 rep and plays the position of prop for the edinburgh club Melrose. He is also a banterous sportsmaster and was a champ of a tutor group leader. Until someone got rid of tutor groups. Lah is also known to have a good teeb every once in a while. Nick Lah has now settled at St Aloysius College and goes by the quote of “good morning staff good morning students”.
