It lies approximately {{convert|3|km|mi|0}} north-west of Łagiewniki, {{convert|21|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-east of Dzierżoniów, and {{convert|40|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south-west of the regional capital Wrocław. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany. The village has a population of 900.
