Pantylus was probably a largely terrestrial animal, judging from its well-built legs. It was about {{convert|25|cm|in|0}} long, and resembled a lizard with a large skull and short limbs. It had numerous blunt teeth, and probably chased after invertebrate prey.[1]References1. ^{{cite book |editor=Palmer, D.|year=1999 |title= The Marshall Illustrated Encyclopedia of Dinosaurs and Prehistoric Animals|publisher= Marshall Editions|location=London|page= 55|isbn= 1-84028-152-9}} External links
