}} Don Carlos Patrick Ragan (November 15 1885 – September 4, 1956) was an American professional baseball pitcher. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) from 1909 to 1923 for the Cincinnati Reds, Chicago Cubs, Brooklyn Dodgers / Robins, Boston Braves, New York Giants, Chicago White Sox, and Philadelphia Phillies. On October 5, 1914, Ragan struck out three batters on nine pitches in the eighth inning of a 15–2 loss to the Boston Braves.
