Pavlová ({{lang-hu|Garampáld}}) is a village and municipality in the Nové Zámky District in the Nitra Region of south-west Slovakia. HistoryIn historical records the village was first mentioned in 1135, under the name Pauli.[1] GeographyThe municipality lies at an altitude of 137 metres and covers an area of 7.617 km². It has a population of about 275 people. EthnicityThe population is about 95% Hungarian and 5% Slovak. FacilitiesThe village has a small public library and a football pitch.
