Phantom of the Movies' Videoscope is an American cult movie magazine that is released four times a year. History and profileIt was started as a newsletter in January 1993.[1] The publication was founded and is edited by Joe Kane[2] and has spawned a reference book entitled The Ultimate Guide to the Latest, Greatest, and Weirdest Genre Videos.
