The Piedmont Environmental Council (PEC) is a Virginia-based charitable environmental organization headquartered in Warrenton, Virginia, United States. PEC's mission is to promote and protect the Piedmont area's rural economy, natural resources, history, and beauty. The organization was founded in 1972.

PEC's service territory includes Albemarle County, Clarke County, Culpeper County, Fauquier County, Greene County, Loudoun County, Madison County, Orange County, Rappahannock County and the City of Charlottesville.
