The abbreviation PMG means that the school specialises in maths and science. It serves students from the sixth grade up to the highest in Bulgarian education - twelfth. BuildingThe school building was built in 1891 with donation provided by the first Bulgarian Ekzarh- Antim I. The school has:
EducationBecause of the small size of the school, the students study in two shifts: the first from 7:30 am to 1:05 pm and the second from 1:30 pm to 7:05 pm. As of May 2007 575 students attend, divided into three groups. One specializes in biology and chemistry, another in mathematics and one in computers. Each group has a letter by which they are separated. A and B (Bulgarian: А and Б, respectively are mathematics, V is computers (В) and biology G (Г).
