Prestonpans railway station is a railway station serving the town of Prestonpans, East Lothian, Scotland. It is located on the North Berwick Line, {{convert|9.75|mi|km}} east of {{Stnlnk|Edinburgh Waverley}}. It serves the town of Cockenzie and Port Seton, {{convert|1.37|mi|km}} away. ServicesOn Monday to Friday daytimes there is an hourly service westbound to Edinburgh and eastbound to {{Stnlnk|North Berwick}}, with extra trains at peak periods; a limited number of trains run to and from {{rws|Glasgow Central}} via {{rws|Carstairs}}. On Saturdays, a half-hourly service operates during the day, dropping to hourly in the evening.
