PKC or Public-Key Cryptography is the short name of the International Workshop on Theory and Practice in Public Key Cryptography (modified as International Conference on Theory and Practice in Public Key Cryptography since 2006), a cryptography conference sponsored by the International Association for Cryptologic Research (IACR). Past conferencesBefore 2001, the conference was held in Asian countries, but after 2001 it became more global.
The last two most recent PKC's were held in Gaithersburg (on the campus of the National Institute of Standards and Technology or NIST) and in Taipei (on the campus of Academia Sinica). See also
