GeographyRamgarh is located at {{coord|22.9667|N|91.7000|E|}} . It has 9304 households and total area 240.87 km². DemographicsAs of the 1991 Bangladesh census, Ramgarh has a population of 44217. Males constitute 53.01% of the population, and females 46.99%. This Upazila's eighteen up population is 22854. Ramgarh has an average literacy rate of 29.1% (7+ years), and the national average of 32.4% literate.[2] AdministrationRamgarh has 1 Municipality, 2 Unions, 12 Mauzas/Mahallas, and 82 villages.
