}} Randy Louis Lerch (born October 9, 1954), is a former professional baseball pitcher who played in the major leagues for the Philadelphia Phillies, Milwaukee Brewers, Montreal Expos, and San Francisco Giants from 1975 to 1986. His career win-loss record was 60–64 with 507 strikeouts and a 4.53 ERA.
