BiographyBorn in 1864 in Lincoln County, Missouri, he served in the Missouri Senate, as the state's Attorney General, and was elected the 33rd Governor of Missouri in the 1912 election.[1] He died in 1949 at Eureka, Missouri and is buried at the City Cemetery at Bowling Green, Missouri.
