Serangoon Road ({{zh|c=实龙岗路}}) is a major road in Singapore, running from Little India to Kallang. It is a one-way road, with Jalan Besar and Bendemeer Road running parallel to Serangoon Road in the other direction.

Serangoon Road, together with Upper Serangoon Road, forms a radial arterial road from the city area of Singapore to the Serangoon, Hougang, Sengkang and Punggol areas. For this arterial road:

  • The section between Orchard Road and Kirk Terrace is called Prinsep Street.
  • The section between Kirk Terrace and Bukit Timah Road is called Selegie Road.
  • The section between Bukit Timah Road and MacPherson Road is called Serangoon Road.
  • The section between MacPherson Road and Buangkok Drive is called Upper Serangoon Road ({{zh|c=实龙岗路上段}}).
  • The section between Buangkok Drive and Punggol East Flyover is called Sengkang East Drive.
  • The road north of the Punggol East Flyover is simply called Punggol East.

After Woodsville Interchange, Serangoon Road becomes Upper Serangoon Road, where it connects towards Serangoon Central, Hougang, Sengkang and Punggol East. A viaduct was built over the road in 2002.

Serangoon Road is notable for having the former Hotel New World located on the intersection of Serangoon Road and Owen Road.
