The song was written by all four members of the band – George Harrison, Jeff Lynne, Bob Dylan and Tom Petty – and each of them sing a portion of the track. The song was released as the first single from the album, although it was only issued as a promotional single in the United States.[3] The lead guitar part is played by Gary Moore. The band filmed a music video for the single, which was directed by David Leland and produced by Limelight Films.{{sfn|Madinger|Easter|2000|p=479}} The clip shows the four Wilburys and drummer Jim Keltner performing the track and a snippet of Dylan riding a bike on the set.[4] Track listings
