The Shire has a land area of {{convert|3833|km2|sqmi|0}} and its seat of government is the town of Narembeen. HistoryIn 1924, the Narembeen Road District was gazetted and on 1 July 1961, it became a shire under the Local Government Act 1960.[2] WardsThe Shire is divided into two wards.
