She is currently playing the role Angoori bhabi in a comedy series Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain!.[2] Early lifeAtre was born on 11 April 1981. She hails from Indore and she has a degree of MBA.[1][2] CareerBefore coming to the TV industry, Atre shot for a shampoo brand (regional product). It was an ad for print.[3] After marriage, she started her acting career in 2006, when producer Ekta Kapoor gave her role in Kasautii Zindagii Kay.[4][8] She then seen in Kasturi as lead role.[9] After that, she played a negative character in Havan.[5] On April 2016,[6] Atre replaced Shilpa Shinde as Angoori Bhabhi in Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain! on &TV and also portrayed the role of Devsena in Adhuri Kahaani Hamari on &TV.[7] She gained the popularity from her sitcom Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai!.[4] Shilpa Shinde who was playing the Angoori Bhabi character, made an allegation that Atre is copying her.[8] To clarify the allegation of Shinde, Atre said that she was copying Angoori's character not Shinde's character.[9] Atre also said: {{quote|People tell me that when they close their eyes and picture Angoori bhabhi, they think of me and say, ‘Hum bhool gaye pehle kaun thi’ — and that for me is the biggest compliment.[10]}} After Chidiyaghar, Atre has replaced Shinde for the second time in her career.[11]About picking the offer to do comedy serial Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain!, Atre said: {{quote|Honestly, at that point, I had three offers, two were brand new shows and one was Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai!.
