Simona Arghir Sandu (4 September 1948 – 2 September 1995) was a Romanian handball player who competed in the 1976 Summer Olympics. She was born in Lugoj.

She was part of the Romanian handball team, which finished fourth in the Olympic tournament. She played four matches and scored nine goals.

Her husband Mircea Sandu was a football player and president of the Romanian Football Federation between 1990 and 2014 and their daughter Raluca was a professional tennis player.^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4]
