词条 | Slow-reacting substance of anaphylaxis |
释义 |
The slow-reacting substance of anaphylaxis or SRS-A is a mixture of the leukotrienes LTC4, LTD4 and LTE4. Mast cells secrete it during the anaphylactic reaction, inducing inflammation.[1] It can be found in basophils. It induces prolonged, slow contraction of smooth muscle and has a major bronchoconstrictor role in asthma.[2] Compared to histamine, it is approximately 5000 times more potent and has a slower onset but longer duration of action.{{Citation needed|date=September 2011}} References1. ^{{Cite web|title= Dorland's Medical Dictionary|url= http://www.mercksource.com/pp/us/cns/cns_hl_dorlands.jspzQzpgzEzzSzppdocszSzuszSzcommonzSzdorlandszSzdorlandzSzdmd_s_27zPzhtm|accessdate= December 15, 2006|deadurl= yes|archiveurl= https://web.archive.org/web/20070109225536/http://www.mercksource.com/pp/us/cns/cns_hl_dorlands.jspzQzpgzEzzSzppdocszSzuszSzcommonzSzdorlandszSzdorlandzSzdmd_s_27zPzhtm|archivedate= January 9, 2007|df= }} 2. ^{{Cite web| url= http://www.nature.com/nature/journal/v285/n5760/abs/285104a0.html | title = Structure of slow-reacting substance of anaphylaxis from guinea-pig lung |author1=Howard R.
