His poems included Modern Love Stories,[5] Grandfather Stories,[6] Trishaw-Rider,[7] Reviewer Meets Rookie,[8] Good Ching Ming Day[9][10] and Five Takes and Anthology of Five Poets.[11] He was close to his mentor Edwin Thumboo.
