It covers {{convert|0.3|sqmi|km2|1}} and contains 500 million cubic ft (14 million m3) of ice.[2] The glacier is bounded to the northwest by the Success Cleaver and to the east by the Kautz Cleaver.[3] Starting from a steep rocky slope at about {{Convert|11000|ft|m|-2}}, the glacier flows southward downhill. At around {{Convert|9000|ft|m|-2}}, a small snowfield joins this glacier with the Pyramid Glacier to the southwest. Soon after this point, the glacier joins the adjacent Kautz Glacier at {{Convert|8600|ft|m|-2}}.[3] The joined glaciers flow until their terminus at about {{Convert|6000|ft|m|-2|abbr=on}}. Meltwater from the glacier drains into the Nisqually River.[2] See also
