The Sultan Center Shuwaikh was the first-self service retail store in Kuwait when it opened in 1981. Five TSC companies are involved in their telecom operations: TSC Telecom, ATCO, Sultan Telecom, Horizon Telecom Services Company, and Arabian Information Technology Solutions Co.
