Thomas Horsley was a sixteenth-century English magistrate and Lord Mayor. He was Lord Mayor of Newcastle upon Tyne in 1524, 1525 and 1533.^[1] He is remembered primarily for founding the Royal Grammar School in that city.^[2]^[3]
