No official music video for the song was ever created. In 1997, Tech N9ne recorded a verse for the song, while living with QDIII, who at the time was putting in work on R U Still Down? (Remember Me). Original VersionThe original version of "Thugs Get Lonely Too" was produced by Stretch from Live Squad during the Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z. & Thug Life era, sampling heavily from "If I Was Your Girlfriend" by Prince.
