PNC Financial Services maintains regional offices in the building as the major tenant. The triangular-shaped high-rise was constructed in 1974, and completed in 1975. It stands 25 stories (346 ft/106m), is 667,000 sf.,[1] and is used mainly for office space, retail, and restaurant uses. It was designed in the international style of architecture. Its main materials are concrete and glass.[2] The building can be easily accessed from Interstate 75, as it is located just west of the interchange (I-75 exit number 69A) with Big Beaver Road. The Top of Troy can be seen for miles from much of the Metro Detroit area. There is a large cafeteria located on the first floor called Friends Café. Description
