In the spring Utricularia warburgii produces 5–20 cm. flower scapes bearing 2-6 violet-blue flowers, 8mm in size and bearing a yellow splotch at the throat.[1] The cultivation of this species is not difficult, and is similar to other commonly cultivated terrestrial Utricularia.[1] Plants are best grown in a mixture of peat and sand that is kept constantly moist to wet and placed in bright light conditions.[1] References1. ^1 2 3 Peter Krbez & Gerfried Deutsch; Utricularia warburgii Goebel - ein attraktiver terrestrischer Wasserschlauch aus China {{Webarchive|url=https://web.archive.org/web/20060929025943/http://www.carnivoren.org/de/gfp/mitteilungsorgane/taublatt/artikel/47_01-krebz_deutsch-utricularia-warburgii.pdf |date=2006-09-29 }} Literature
