In 2013 the company was acquired by Gamesys for an undisclosed sum.[2] Although it is part of the Virgin Group of companies, it is not related to Virgin Play or Virgin Interactive, both of which video-game publishers, the latter previously being known as Virgin Games Inc. They also run a number of poker tournaments across the United Kingdom. Currently, their games include keno, poker and a casino with games like roulette and blackjack.
