Walk-in/Truck-in ovens are a larger type of oven, with typical sizes from under 200 to up to {{convert|2000|cuft|m3}}, and maximum temperatures that can be over 850 degrees Fahrenheit (450 degrees Celsius). Models may be configured with horizontal or vertical airflow, and gas, steam, or electric heat.
