Wierzbowa {{IPAc-pl|w|j|e|ż|'|b|o|w|a}} ({{lang-de|Rückenwaldau}}) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Gromadka, within Bolesławiec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.^[1] Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately {{convert|4|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north of Gromadka, {{convert|20|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-east of Bolesławiec, and {{convert|94|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} west of the regional capital Wrocław.

The village has a population of 500.
