In Chinese mythology the Fucanglong^[1] ({{zh|s=伏藏龙|t=伏藏龍|p=Fúcánglóng}}) or Fu-ts'ang-Lung (Wade-Giles) is the Chinese dragon of hidden treasures ^[2] and underworld dragon which guard buried treasures, both natural and man-made. Volcanoes are said to form when these dragons burst out of the ground to report to heaven.

The Fucanglong possesses a magic pearl which is its most treasured possession.

In popular culture

Fucanglong appears in the digital card game Magic & Battle Cards.
The dragonballs of the anime and manga franchise Dragon Ball may draw inspiration from the legend of the dragon's magic pearl.
