Öçpoçmaq ({{IPAc-en|ˌ|ɛ|tʃ|p|ɒ|tʃ|_|ˈ|m|ɑː|k}} or {{IPAc-en|ˌ|ɛ|ʃ|p|ɒ|ʃ|_|ˈ|m|ɑː|k}};{{Citation needed|date=July 2009}}Cyrillic: Өчпочмак {{IPA-tt|ˌœɕpɔɕˈmɑq|pron}}, literally triangle)[1][2] is a Bashkirs and Tatar national dish, an essential food in Bashkirs and Tatar culture. It is a triangular pastry, filled with minced beef, onion and potatoes. Öçpoçmaq is usually eaten with bouillon or with tea.
