LinesŌta Station is served by the Tobu Isesaki Line, Tobu Kiryu Line, and Tobu Koizumi Line, and is 94.7 km from the Tokyo terminus of the Isesaki Line at {{STN|Asakusa|Tokyo Metro, Toei, Tobu}}.
