Al-Tayaran (now known as Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya) won the title.[1] Name changes- Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya renamed to Al-Tayaran.
- Al-Sikak Al-Hadeed renamed to Al-Naqil.
- Al-Muwasalat were formed by the merging of Maslahat Al-Mawani and Al-Bareed.
- Al-Sinaa were formed by the merging of multiple teams including Al-Kahrabaa.
- Al-Shorta were formed by the merging of their senior team Aliyat Al-Shorta with their reserve teams Kuliya Al-Shorta and Shorta Al-Najda.
- Al-Baladiyat were formed by the merging of Maslahat Naqil Al-Rukab and Esalet Al-Mai.
- Al-Jaish were formed by the merging of multiple teams including Quwat Abu Ubaidah, Quwat Khalid, Quwat Salahaddin and Quwat Al-Nasr.
