The Lower Austrian state election of 2003 was held in the Austrian state of Lower Austria on 30 March 2003. The election saw the Austrian People's Party win a majority of the seats, while the Freedom Party of Austria only won about a quarter of the votes they had won in the 1998 election.^[1]
