Abbey Gate College is the longest running, independent, co-educational school for pupils aged 4 to 18 in Chester. The Infant and Junior School is based in the idyllic village of Aldford, just two miles from the Senior School in Saighton. The peaceful surroundings and the excellent pastoral care means that parents can rely on a welcoming and calm environment for their child to study in. At Abbey Gate College, it is believed that education is about building self-esteem, adopting a love of learning and igniting a desire in all the students, to ensure they fulfil their academic and personal potential.
