Not to be confused with the Afon Twrch which is a tributary of the River Tawe, South Wales or the Afon Twrch which is a tributary of the River Cothi in West Wales . The Afon Iwrch is a river near Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant in Clwyd, Wales. It is a tributary of the River Tanat and is {{convert|14.4|km|disp=flip}} in length.
