Biography

After finishing his music high school in 1994, he studied bass at the University of Arts in Belgrade, the Interlochen Center for the Arts in Michigan, the Royal Swedish Academy of Music and the Conservatorio Superior de Musica de Salamanca.

Composing career

Miljkovic has published two books. The second book is an official textbook in Republic of Srpska Ministry of Education. He has also published six CDs. He has composed music for a number of sport clubs. These include CD for football club FK Radnički Niš, CD for Belgrade chess association. Also music for football clubs FK Jagodina and OFK Beograd and FK Kosanica,Kursumlija, the basketball club OKK Beograd, the volleyball club Poštar and the water polo club VK Beograd. He has also written music for the town of Vrnjačka Banja, also music for Radio Belgrade, Radio Television Kursumlija, newspaper:"Politikin zabavnik", also for Ivo Andrić award. He published the CD for school Vuk Karadzic in Belgrade. He played for the Belgrade chamber group Simfonieta during 1998 and has played as a guest on many TV shows. In 1999 he was one of the student representatives on the Nobel Prize.

He has performed in several solo concerts and other public appearances in Serbia, and abroad in the United States, Sweden, Spain, Croatia and in Austria, Vienna, sponsored by the Ministry of Culture Republic of Serbia.

Tutor

Miljkovic has taught bass at MS Stankovic since 2002 and at the Academy of Fine Arts in Belgrade.He is also profesore of double bass at International Academy of Music,Pucisca,Croatia,since 2013. His students have performed at the Cultural Center of Belgrade, Student Cultural Center, the stadium of Red Star Belgrade and a concert for the "Museum Night" event, as well as numerous guest appearances on TV and radio shows.
