ProgramsIt is composed of four programs: FOCUS @ Madison, Meek Professional Technical, Marshall Night, and Portland Night @ Benson.[4] AcademicsIn 2008, 19% of the school's seniors received a high school diploma. Of 150 students, 29 graduated, 63 dropped out, and 58 were still in high school the following year.[5][6] In October 2009 the school was removed from the No Child Left Behind safety watch list, due to the following not occurring: "more than 1 percent of their students brought a weapon to school, were expelled for violence or committed a violent crime on campus."[7][8] References1. ^[https://www.pps.net/domain/2900] {{Oregon-school-stub}}2. ^{{cite web|url=http://www.ode.state.or.us/pubs/directory/2009-10-school-directory.pdf|title=Oregon School Directory 2009-2010|publisher=Oregon Department of Education|pages=117|accessdate=2009-09-04|archiveurl=https://web.archive.org/web/20091007085844/http://www.ode.state.or.us/pubs/directory/2009-10-school-directory.pdf|archivedate=2009-10-07|deadurl=yes|df=}} 3. ^{{cite web|url=http://www.ode.state.or.us/pubs/directory/school-directory-september-2008.pdf |title=Oregon School Directory 2008-09 |publisher=Oregon Department of Education |pages=139 |accessdate=2009-05-28 |deadurl=yes |archiveurl=https://web.archive.org/web/20110526202904/http://www.ode.state.or.us/pubs/directory/school-directory-september-2008.pdf |archivedate=2011-05-26 }} 4. ^http://www.pps.k12.or.us/schools-c/profiles/enrollment/enroll_out.php?rpt=284 5. ^{{cite news|url=http://www.oregonlive.com/education/index.ssf/2009/06/high_school_dropout_rates.html|title=State releases high school graduation rates|date=2009-06-30|work=The Oregonian|accessdate=2009-07-01}} 6. ^{{cite web|url=http://blog.oregonlive.com/education_impact/2009/06/Dropout-Rates.xls |title=Oregon dropout rates for 2008 |date=2009-06-30 |work=The Oregonian |accessdate=2009-07-01 |deadurl=yes |archiveurl=https://web.archive.org/web/20110916010203/http://blog.oregonlive.com/education_impact/2009/06/Dropout-Rates.xls |archivedate=2011-09-16 }} 7. ^{{cite news|url=http://www.oregonlive.com/education/index.ssf/2009/10/five_oregon_schools_on_safety.html |title=Five Oregon schools on safety watch list due to weapons, violence, crime |last=Hammond |first=Betsy |date=2009-10-27 |work=The Oregonian |accessdate=2009-10-28 |archiveurl=https://archive.is/20091101060517/http://www.oregonlive.com/education/index.ssf/2009/10/five_oregon_schools_on_safety.html |archivedate=1 November 2009 |deadurl=no }} 8. ^{{cite web|url=http://www.ode.state.or.us/news/releases/default.aspx?yr=0000&kw=&rid=718#top|title=Five Schools Placed on Oregon's Safety "Watch List"|last=Weigler|first=Jake|date=2009-10-28|work=Oregon Department of Education|accessdate=2009-10-28}} {{Dead link|date=November 2010|bot=H3llBot}} 4 : High schools in Portland, Oregon|Alternative schools in Oregon|Public high schools in Oregon|Portland Public Schools (Oregon) |
