}}Al Rosas, CCP is an American organic farmer from Florida. Nicknamed and trademarked as The Organic Chef, he runs the Rosas Farms in Marion County, which produces and sells all grass-fed and organic foods. The farm sells its products at the farm market and through Sysco[1][2] and instructs hundreds of other organic farmers all over the United States on how to produce their own organic foods under the "Rosas Farms" label.[3] In 2008, Rosas published a cookbook of organic recipes, titled The Organic Chef.
