Abdullahi Musa Abu-Abdissamad (Arabic:عبد الله مؤسئ ابو عبد الصمد born 15 February 1956) is a business consultant and educator. He is the founder and Chief Consultant of Unique International Consultants which offers consultancy services in Nigeria.

Education and career

Abu-Abdissamad was born in Kolo, in Toto Local Government Area of Nasarawa State of Nigeria. He holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Mathematics from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in the early 1970s. Abu-Abdissamad has been teaching for more than twenty years. He started as a Grade II teacher in 1973, and then a mathematics tutor in a Teachers’ College in 1975. He became Education Officer I/c Statistics section of the Ministry of Education headquarters in Jos in 1980-81. After his MBA degree in 1983, he joined the services of the University of Jos in the same year. He has served as a resource person to consultancy firms such as University of Jos Consultancy Services, Ahmadu Bello University Consultancy Services, (ABUCONS), and others. Abu-Abdissamad has supervised over forty projects at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels (B.Sc, M.Sc, MBA, PGDM and PhD), and currently lectures in the Department of Business Administration, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

Personal life

He is married and has children who are employed in the fields of medicine, engineering, pharmaceuticals, and art (Industrial Art). Abu-Abdissamad is an advisor to the Muslim Students Society of Nigeria, M.S.S.N.
