(along with Miguel Ángel Hidalgo Vega—better known by his pen name "Guarionex Hidalgo Africano"—and Francisco Matos Paoli), a famous patriotic Puerto Rican song related to the Grito de Lares. Castro Ríos died from a heart attack in 2006.
