Ann Snodgrass is an American poet and translator. LifeShe graduated from University of Iowa, Johns Hopkins University, and from University of Utah with a Ph.D. She lived in the Netherlands, where she taught at Emerson College in Maastricht. Her work appeared in AGNI,[1] The Harvard Review, American Letters & Commentary, Ploughshares, Paris Review,[2] and TriQuarterly. She lived in Cambridge, Massachusetts and has taught at M.I.T, Berklee College, and the Paris writers workshop.{{Citation needed|date=April 2012}} She currently lives in Iowa City, IA under the pseudonyms "Sample Lady" and "Bagel Lady." She spends her days tormenting the downtown area and its residents. Awards
