It is considered most similar to Antinephele achlora. The length of the forewings is 18–21 mm. The head and thorax are slightly ochreous brown to chocolate brown with a narrow pale green dorsal line. The abdomen is darker brown. The forewings are ochreous brown to chocolate. There is a pale green line running from the inner margin near the base to the costa before the apex. There is a broader, straight green line running from the tornus to the costa, edged proximally with white and distally with blackish. There is also a fine zigzag white line at the apex.
