It serves as the terminus of the Orange Line and is between the El Cajon Transit Center and Gillespie Field on the Green Line. The stop also has as a minor park and ride that serves the surrounding residential community and also allows for access to a large commercial strip. Westfield Parkway, a major shopping mall, is within walking distance of the station. HistoryThe station was also served by Orange Line trolleys until a system redesign on September 2, 2012, pushed the line's terminus to El Cajon Transit Center.[1] Orange Line service to the station was restored on April 30, 2018.
