Arthur George Osborne (14 March 1891 – 15 November 1953) was a New Zealand politician of the Labour Party.

In the {{NZ election link year|1925}}, {{NZ election link year|1928}}, and {{NZ election link|1931}}s, he unsuccessfully contested the {{NZ electorate link|Waitemata}} electorate against the incumbent, Alexander Harris.[1][2][3] In the {{NZ election link|1935}}, he unsuccessfully contested the {{NZ electorate link|Parnell}} electorate against the incumbent, Bill Endean of the Reform Party.[4]

He represented the Manukau electorate from a {{By-election link|Manukau|1936}} (after the resignation of Bill Jordan) to 1938, and then the Onehunga electorate from 1938 to 1953, when he died.{{sfn|Wilson|1985|pp=225}} He was succeeded in Onehunga by Hugh Watt.

Osborne was Parliamentary Under-Secretary to the Prime Minister from 1943 to 1949.{{sfn|Wilson|1985|pp=84}}
