Founded in 1973, they are members of Rugby Israel and play home matches at the Sportech. HistoryASA Tel Aviv is one of the most successful clubs in Israel, having won the league title in 1974-75, 1977–78, 1990-1991, 1994–95, 1996–97, 1999-00, 2000–01, 2003–04 and 2009-10. In 2009-10 the club also won the cup, and were undefeated all season.[1] Club coach Ra'anan Penn is also coach of the national team.
