It is served by Sydney Ferries Cockatoo Island services operating between {{fw|Circular Quay}} and {{fw|Cockatoo Island}}, with some peak F3 services operating to {{fw|Chiswick}}. The single wharf is served by First Fleet and RiverCat class ferries. In September 2012, the wharf closed for a rebuild. The existing wharf was demolished and a new one opened in February 2013.[1][2] To the east of the wharf, lies Harbour City Ferries' Balmain depot.
