Formed by Richard M Holmes in 1993, Black Legend published a number of hits, including Football Glory (developed by Croteam, Croatia, designed and produced by Richard M Holmes) and Tactical Manager (developed and programmed by Camy Maertens of Talking Birds, Rayleigh, England, and produced by Richard M Holmes), both of which reached the number one position in the UK sales charts for games in 1994.
