Bruce Wilson is a liberal journalist specializing in investigating and reporting the influence of the religious right in politics, and is a cofounder of the public interest journalism groups ePluribus Media and Talk2Action,^[1] an organization of scholars producing detailed and ongoing research on religious matters in scholarly detail.^[1]

He is frequently cited{{Citation needed|date=September 2010}} by other media groups, such as the North Star Writers Group,^[2] the Center for Independent Media,^[3] and Democratic Underground.^[4] His contributions include to the Huffington Post^[5] and Talk2Action.^[6]

Wilson’s father was a Methodist minister who worked with the American Friends Service Committee on ending the war in Vietnam.{{Citation needed|date=September 2010}} Wilson attended Phillips Academy, the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and Boston’s Northeastern University.
