The village is located approximately {{convert|70|km|mi}} northeast of Regina and {{convert|3|km|mi}} west of Fort Qu'Appelle on Highway 210. Demographics{{stack|}}In 2006, B-Say-Tah had a population of 206 living in 260 dwellings, a 16.4% increase from 2001.
